rentals and property are for registered guests only. All extra
guests must be approved prior to arrival dates. Pac
and Play or Full Size Crib & High Chair available - Please inquire
at time of booking
*** These two units are attached with seperate entrances, kitchens, baths etc, ...when one unit is rented we will not rent the other unit out to insure the privacy and enjoyment of your stay. Although Morgan's House can be rented out seperately during July and August we do not rent The Master's Suite out seperately during these two months. |

**We
attempt to keep our rates reasonable compared to homes similar to ours,
though there really are not any that equal us in amenities and ambiance.
We do not charge a Cleaning Fee or security deposit. Choosing
instead to make each guest responsible for themselves and each person
in their party. Our hope is that it allows more people to come and enjoy
Beaver's Pond Retreat and our little slice of Heaven on Earth. Please
note that our cottages & property are for registered guests only,
any additional guests, visitors, invitees or amendments must be approved
prior to arrival. (Extra charges will apply and be billed accordingly)
Four
private rental cottages available to choose from. Please call to see
which Cottages are available during your requested days or Click
here to see our availability calendar. Please ask if you
have any special requests or requirements. ie: extra guests, crib,
etc. Thank You
Cancellations:
High Season - May 15 through September 14 and all major Holidays require
a 90 day cancellation notice. Low Season - (September 15 through
May 14) require a 30 day cancellation notice. If you cancel prior
to these dates you will receive a full refund, minus
a service fee of $75 or 10% of your total whichever is greater.
All
cancellations after these dates (between the 30th & 90th day) prior
to your arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. However
we will make every attempt to re-rent and, if successful, you will receive
a refund of the difference up to the full amount minus
a service fee of $75 or 10% of your total whichever is greater.
Any reservation canceled less then 30 days before arrival date there
will be no refund unless re-rented. There are no reschedules.
There are no refunds for early departures. These rules are necessary
due to the fact that most of our reservations are made so far in advance.
A last minute cancellation means that most folks will have already made
plans for that period of time and we will end up with a vacancy.
We appreciate your understanding and agreement on this policy.
