Julianna's Cottage, built in 2000, is an upscale escape adventure destination. It has a complete kitchen with a waterview of Beaver's Pond from the dining area, living room, deck and hot tub. Hardwood floors cover the entire area from the majestic front porch entrance throughout both the living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen includes a regular stove/oven as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining table comes with cloth napkins and tablecloth for that "pampered in the woods" feeling. There is a Texas Style barbecue for your outdoor use.

The cottage has two bedrooms, both with queen beds which have crafted cedar log head boards and mattresses that are plush firm providing a great nights sleep. There is one bathroom but, oh what a bathroom. It has a 5 ft X 5 ft diamond shaped corner JETTED TUB that can be used for total relaxation. There is also a shower over the tub. The bathroom floors and walls are ceramic tile, and the hickory cabinets used throughout the cottage add to its charm and tranquility. There is also a private HOT TUB located on the large covered porch where you can sit and relax while watching the wild ducks land at dusk or listen to the squirrel who demands that you provide him with a few unsalted peanuts.

The gas fireplace is controlled by a wall thermostat and can provide instant warmth and ambiance. If you prefer, just a short distance from the porch at the waters edge is a camp fire pit for cooking your hot dogs and s'mores. There is a TV, VCR with VHS movies, reading materials, games, binoculars, hair dryer and a CD player for your enjoyment.

Miles of trails for Biking and Hiking are available right out your front door, clamming beaches and great bays for Kayaking await you only minutes from your door.  Fish in our private 1/2 acre cut throat trout pond. (No license required, catch and release)

If you need extra room for a larger group or extended family check out Morgan's House and The Masters Suite at Beaver's Pond Retreat. They are about 150 feet apart with lush lanscaping between and yet close enough to share the outdoors while still maintaining privacy. Together many a larger family or group has been able to come together for a truly unique getaway adventure. For over 10 people you can add Scott's Cabin and accommodate up to 14-16 people.  Scott's Cabin is a private cabin set on an adjacent 20 acre parcel which is now open for reservations and accommodates up to 6 guests.
